Much of the information we hold must be collected because the law requires it. For example, details of your prescriptions are required to be collected under the National Health Act and State or Territory Pharmacy legislation.
You need to be aware that if you do not provide us with certain information about yourself or your baby, in some circumstances we may be unable to provide the services that you require.
If you have any questions about your privacy rights – or the way in which we collect, use, manage or disclose personal information – our team would be happy to answer your questions or to provide you with further information.
The same privacy statement applies to this website. We may occasionally contact you regarding new services or products or to seek your opinion regarding our services and products via a survey. We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. We will only disclose your personal information to a third party when required, by law, to do so.
