Over the years, Willby’s has developed an organic word-of-mouth following amongst parents as the go-to for relief for the symptoms of colic, wind and reflux. Our aim is to generate more brand awareness through the execution of our marketing strategy, and the Marketing Coordinator role will play a key role in the delivery of the marketing strategy through management of community and online channels, managing advertising partnerships and generating content. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Willby’s directors, GM and external marketing consultant to deliver meaningful and impactful marketing activity, aligned with the marketing strategy, to create brand awareness and deliver growth to the business. Marketing activities will cover the Willby’s core colic solution business, its e-commerce arm and also the broader compounding pharmacy service that Willby’s offers. The role will need to consider activity to reach both the consumer as well as industry referrers (including GPs, paediatricians, lactation consultants, midwives and MCH nurses).

The role is a part-time position of 10 hours per week (with opportunity to increase hours in the future) within the Willby’s office in Mitcham, and can be tailored to school hours, if required.


  • Ensure the set marketing strategy and marketing calendar for Willby’s is executed to plan and that all marketing activities align with Willby’s brand DNA
  • Develop content on an ongoing basis and manage the content calendar, across social channels and blog, ensuring that all content aligns with our content pillars, including filming and editing video content for Instagram reels and TikTok
  • Develop, monitor and manage advertising partnerships and trade shows for Willby’s, ensuring they are designed for maximum effectiveness and return on investment for Willby’s, then report on results
  • Developing effective and accurate marketing collateral for Willby’s, including EDMs and brochures
  • Manage Willby’s EDM list including writing and sending monthly EDMs to drive sales to our online store and visits to our blog Proactively look for and implement ways to grow our email list
  • Run fortnightly marketing meetings with directors and other key staff, as required
  • Attend e-commerce meetings and execute all marketing components of e-commerce to help drive sales
  • Coordinate events, trade shows and webinars for the brand, as required
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, as required
  • Effectively manage externals, including digital ads agencies and designers to ensure strong results for Willby’s
  • Manage all activity in accordance with the set marketing budget, and follow internal budget processes
  • Report on all marketing activities on a monthly basis, including digital channels, to understand and demonstrate marketing effectiveness
  • Any other reasonable duties within the scope of marketing, as directed by the GM or directors 


  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Marketing degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Understanding of and proficiency in social channels, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience in developing content
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience using data analytics software for research
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
